Depending on the help needed, each appointment will last approximately 45 minutes. Additional appointments can be requested as necessary.

We cannot offer advice (e.g., medical, legal, investment, grant research) but can assist users with locating reputable sources of evaluative information.
We cannot assist with online banking, buying or selling online, or any activity that requires use of your credit card or personal/financial information. Library computers may be used to complete these tasks if you would like to bring along a trusted family member or friend to assist you.
We cannot offer assistance with tax decisions and preparation, however, the library does offer basic forms and often has volunteers with whom you can schedule an appointment for assistance during tax season.
We can assist you with lots of questions related to use of your computer, tablet or other devices but we are not able to run diagnostics, troubleshoot or install software unrelated to library services, or perform computer maintenance, such as running antivirus scans.
