The Library has 19 public computers: 8 Internet, 2 Express Use, 5 Young Adult computers, and 4 Kid's computers. Headphones are freely available to be signed out at the upstairs help desk. If you need to save your work, 4 GB Flash drives are also available for a fee of $3.
Use of the Internet Computers is on a first-come, first-served basis. Users are given two hours of Internet access per day broken up into 33 minute segments at one time. There is no waiting period between sessions, however, please be courteous in your usage of the computers. In order to use the internet computers, users must use their own library card. If you have misplaced your card, you may request a new internet only one at the upstairs Help Desk for .50 cents.
The Express Use Computers are able to be used for a maximum of 30 minutes, and are intended for quickly looking up information or printing documents ONLY. Patrons wishing to use the computer for longer periods of time or for more involved work should inquire about a guest pass at the upstairs help desk.
Young Adult Computers
The Young Adult computers located in the Loft on the second floor are to be used by adolescents under the age of 19 only, as this area is restricted for teenagers.
Children under the age of 12 should use the four computers available in the children's department. Any child using the second-floor computers must be supervised by a parent or adult guardian. These computers access the Internet, can be used for school work or games. Simply ask someone at the Main Desk to get signed on!
