How do artists get that perfect combination of light and dark contrast that draws our eyes in?  Emily Mottesheard, a fine art painter and library staff member, will show us how to do with it with two simple colors of black and white.  These techniques will leave you feel more confident and inspired to bring out the artist in you. Check out Emily’s amazing artwork at www.mottfineart.com
